Typically I will first meet to discuss your requirements and to get a better understanding of your likes and dislikes and what you hope to achieve from your website. I can then provide a couple of bespoke designs, based on your brief, for you to choose from and once you are happy with your choice the process can then begin. I will consult with you a few more times during the process to make sure you are happy with the way things are progressing and to keep you in the loop.
I have always put a strong emphasis on building a solid relationship with my clients with the object being that I maximise the effectiveness of their web presence. I believe that the key to achieving this has been to take time to learn about their business and how it functions, keeping in mind their future aspirations and goals and helping them realise any hidden potential.
